chat.requestTranscript not working in Javascript Chat API v3 using approved REST API Key

Hi all,

I'm unsuccessful in getting the actual email after using chat.requestTranscript and while actually getting the .addLine response from the js v3 api, the actual email content never gets to the email sent with the v3 .requestTranscript call.

Our entire implementation works in production and all the features from the Js v3 api are working great actually except for this feature.
