Service Level and Chat Volume per Group

Hi,

 

My name is Charles Gonzales a Real Time Analyst. I was hoping someone could  help me with my project. The issue that I have encountered is that in my Live  Person Admin Console all sites or enterprise working with my client is showing  up. We have a total of 7 sites from across the world and all the data for all  sites is showing up in the console.

 

The project that I am working on is I am trying to create an interval report  that should be able to show us the Volume of chats that we are receiving per  interval and the Service Level that we are getting per interval for the Manilla  Site/Group only.

 

I am aware that we can pull up Service Level Reports and Chat Volume  Reports per day and per hour, but I am really not sure if it is possible to pull  up the ones for one site/group only.

 

I did try to check custom reports but It would not allow me to pick a  specific group or site or even individual operators. I was hoping you could  point me to the right direction.
