Refuse Chat Option is Gone! LTK153033134926X

My business upgraded to the new java version of LivePerson today (LivePerson Pro Version 9.1.0.1, Build #14), but to our dismay, the "Refuse Chat" feature is gone. Our business hosts the LivePerson feature on several of our websites, and sometimes the only operator that is signed on is not skilled enough to take a certain website's chat, so we advise them to just "Refuse" the chat when it comes in. But after the upgrade, we are no longer able to do this. Is this something that can be made available once again? It is something very useful for us and our current situation, and is something we have needed to use for other reasons in the past. To use it, when an incoming chat would ring, we would right click on the visitor, and select "Refuse Chat". Now, the only option is "Accept Chat".


I love the look of the new version, but we will have to downgrade if all the features that we need are not available.
