It has come to my attention that the regular transcript export function does not include ratings and comments. This is something that i am quite surprised about.
During a chat with one of Liveperson's technical supporters, i was told that you can only obtain ratings and comments by generating an excel document from the LP Admin console. I find this solution very clumsy and insufficient. The purpose for us to buy access to the transcript export, was to gain access to customer ratings, comments and transcripts which should be used for internal statistics. With the current functionality this is somewhat impossible unless you want to retrieve excel documents and merge them with the data you get from the transcript export.
What is the reason that ratings and comments are not already in the xml/txt dump generated?
