Operator console error on connection

Hi,

I am having some problem log in with the last operator console send by Ariel:

When login I get an "Internet Connection problem ...", but that's false.

I found the solution: change a registry key : HKeys_User/HumanClick/HumanClick/serverDomain from sales.liveperson.net to dev.liveperson.net.

Now it's working correctly.

Do you know why or did I do something wrong here ?
