Total tickets waiting / max waiting time depending on skills

Hello,

we would like to build a tool where we can see the total number of waiting tickets and the maximum waiting time of a ticket but only for specific skills.

At first I would like to ask if something like this is possible and if it is where should we start looking for documentation?
