Target users by keywords using on-site search engine

I know we can target users who search keywords on external search engines, but is there a quick way to target them when they use the on-site search function? I basically want to target users who are searching for similar products names, who would normally be directed to a "Sorry, no results were found" page, with a chat invitation.
