I created a custom chat button for the mobile site I'm working on by following instructions in this guide: HTML Async | Advanced Integration - Custom Button
It works: button shows up only when accessed on the mobile device (have different button for desktop browsers), and the button launches the chat UI. However, when the chat is in progress, and a user hits the "Hide Chat" link in the chat UI, I get the default black tab "Live Help", alongside my custom chat button. Hitting the black tab, or my button brings back the chat UI.
Is there a way to hide/remove the black tab, so only my custom button is displayed and it is used to get back to active chat session? Or could this (default) black tab be customized and my custom button hidden when the chat session is in progress?
