Can anyone provide me with an up-to-date example of the session.xml and agentstate.xml?
When I look at http://base.liveperson.net/hc/s-5296924/cmd/kbresource/view_question!PAGETYPE?sc=4582&sf=101133&documentid=406792&action=view I can find the xsd's, but no example xml's.
I do have an older screenshot of an example XML, but that's incomplete and clearly outdated.
