Extracting All Sessions (including offline chat) from Chat Transcript via API

Hi there,

 

I'm looking to extract all sessions (both pre-chat and offline chat) from the chat transcript via the API.  When I run a transcript session report of all sessions within the Live Person Admin Console,  I see all sessions and when exporting the XML i also see both sources of pre-chat and offline are viewable.  However I am now trying to extract this data via the API and am not able to see the offline survey chat contents.  I reviewed the Chat Transcript document (dated August 15 2013) which notes that you can extract this data by adding the repID to the Chat Transcript URL: 

The agent's ID in the LivePerson system, or a number that can be used to filter chats as follows: 0 = Unassigned -1 = All Chat Sessions -2 = All Sessions

 

Unfortunately even when adding -2 this is not pulling offline chats.

 

Can someone assist me in extracting this data via the API using the Chat Transcript URL?
