We use Liveperson for live chat with prospects and clients who need our web hosting services. As a part of our shopping cart and order process overhaul, we are looking for a feature or integration within Liveperson which could enable our sales agents to be able to view the contents of a client's shopping cart when a live chat session is started or ongoing so they can more easily identify up-sell opportunities and guide client's through the process of putting together more appropriate solutions.
Is that something that is feasible to implement? Many thanks in advance if anyone is able to help with this query.
