503 Service Unavailable

Hi,

I am making simple calls to test the Chat REST API functionality and it is my first time using this system.

My call to:

https://dev.liveperson.net/api/account/P79592980/?v=1

works fine and returns the correct response, but my call to:

https://dev.liveperson.net/api/account/P79592980/chat/availability?v=1

has been consistently returning a 503 (Service Unavailable) response all morning.

Are there any known current issues, or am I likely to be doing something wrong?
