In my network we see a blank chat . But outside I can see that the chat page is generated correctly.
When I reviewed with fiddler tool I can see :![blank_inside_network.png]()
when I´m in the network of my company only has been generated:
Cookie: LivePersonID=-51401237126539-1346190248:-1:-1:-1:-1;
LivePersonID=LP i=51401237126539,d=1342820155
LivePersonID=LP i=51401237126539,d=1342820155
But outside:
Cookie: LivePersonID=-5520924418802-1346182630:-1:-1:-1:-1;
HumanClickKEY=2770403023094890194;
HumanClickSiteContainerID_6616508=STANDALONE;
HumanClickCHATKEY=7781279468197942210;
LivePersonID=LP i=5520924418802,d=1346182630
HumanClickKEY=2770403023094890194;
HumanClickSiteContainerID_6616508=STANDALONE;

is I use instead the second inside my net, the complete page is generated.
So , I believe this is a issue in ours ports, firewall, or permissions creating some kind of cookies.
Could you help me with this please?
help me to know which ports need be opened on firewall?
