Sample code for IOS Native App ?

Is there sample code for using the IOS Native App library?

I've followed the instructions:

iOS | Basic Integration

and

Native iOS Advanced Integration (library v2.0)

As best I could, but I think that I need to set our customer id and or app id somewhere and I don't see that in the docs.
