How to implement exit and online survey while creating the Embedded Chat Window using API?

Hi All,

We are creating an Embedded Chat window,which initializes once the dynamic button is clicked.For this we have used LP API key.We are assuming that to implement the surveys we have to use JS API,we are facing difficulty with integrating surveys with chat API window.Is there any other way to do the same?
