Showing Agent Name in Email Transcript

Hi All,

I want to send a Email Transcript after Submitting a Exit Survey.  I'm trying to display Agent Name as a 'Subject'.

I'm using ${operator.displayname} Macro to get Agent Name. But it doesn't return anything. I have Used some other variables from LP Macro's list. But Nothing is work for me.

Does any one know how to resolve this?
