Hi -- My first post here, so thx for advising if my inquiry should bo posted elsewhere... I am seeking guidance on what needs to be in place to enable a "Click now to Chat" link or button within an outbound email. Ideally the link or button would appear active only if an agent is available. Is this doable, and if so, then how?
Is the enabling process similar for including a Chat Now link or button within a banner ad? If not, how can this be done? Thanks so much!
