We are running a high-profile patient support chat for our pharma client and the app as of today is not working. The LivePerson homepage is being pulled into the page instead of the actual Facebook app. We also noticed that the LivePerson Facebook Page with the "Chat with Us" page with your app is not working (see below) as well, assuming this is affecting other clients too.
Any help to get our call center back would be appreciated.
