My understanding is that it is not possible to include session information in the offline survey email. I would like to be able to include information from the customer's session in that email so that we can tailor the response to better suit their needs. In some cases the customer expects that we know what page they're on, so without that information the question lacks context. (e.g. Is this available in size large?). In other cases it would be useful to know where the customer is physically located. Does anyone have any suggestions how to accomplish this that doesn't require action by the customer?
