Chat-Availability API

When using the LP Chat Availability API, can you confirm that:

  1. A “Yes” response: means there is an agent available ready to talk to the user without any Estimated Wait Time (i.e., zero seconds EWT).
  2. A “No” response: means there is no agent available to talk to the user (regardless of whether it is after hours or agent is busy with another customer or agents are not logged in).
