For years, LivePerson pulled back the search information from Google. I see that has been taken off a while back. For some reason it still works with Yahoo. For instance when someone searches in Google for let's say "Las Vegas Hotels" Live Person now pulls back no information when the client came in through Google. If the client comes in through Yahoo it shows Yahoo as the search engine and "Las Vega Hotels" as the searched keywords. Any idea why that no longer works and is there a way we can get it back for Google searches?
