Can I use custom buttons and behavior in a pre-chat Survey?

Does the pre chat survey allow for custom buttons to be inserted in addition to the standard questions?


This is what I am trying to implement:

We have a scenario where we want to present a user with a question and the user would answer the question by clicking on either one of two custom buttons, that will be labeled: "New Account" or "Existing Account"

  • "New Account" button would spawn another question in the pre chat survey and ask the user a few more questions before initiating a chat
  • "Existing Account" button should automatically send the user to login to our site and once logged in, redirect them back to the original page, in a logged in status and ready to Chat (here I also wonder how can I send a user to the login page of my website by clicking this button...)

I have been struggling with this for a while...

Is there anything in LivePerson that would help me achieve the behavior described above?

Any ideas how could I implement this?
