Livechat integration issue with AngularJs and requireJS

Hi Guys,

From couple of days time i am working on testing live person chat functionality in regards to an AngularJs / RequireJS based web application. Possible platforms for this application is mobile web, native-android, iOS and  HTML .

Now i am testing all the functionalities through piece of code snippet/config file [see attachment lp-mtagconfig.js ], which we got from the one of the Live Person representative. As a single page, this work perfectly and i am able to view/initiate a chat session with available agent for a particular skill.

Problem come when

1. I do Ajax calls to update my page route in AngularJS and want to show the live chat on some page while not on other.

2. I use RequireJS to load my script files, to do optimization in my application.

Below are the symptoms:

1. Using with AngularJS based code - There does not seems to be a way to monitor the config property on page to page basis i.e. if chatDisabled is true on 3rd page than Live Help overlay button should be hidden.

2. Plain Html files - It seems that we need to import the attached lib on each page and if we want to use requirejs library to load it, live chat functionality does not work.

3. Some issues with back button navigation and page refresh of the same page. Here also LP Chat does not work.

Although we have engaged couple of other members from liveperson team to look into this, but i have raised it here also so that if anyone had faced these kind of issues earlier in integrating live person library with AngularJS / RequireJS based application, we can quickly come to the solution.

Thanks
