I want a below solution. Please let me know if this is available in LivePerson out of box or with small customization:
1. On my website (say www.abc.com) users come and I offer them a chat package. Once a user buys a package (say for 30 mins) I want to use live person for chatting (mobile & web both).
2. I will have a set of agents who will respond to chat from the Live Person platform itself (using mobile & web).
3. I will need a transcript and feedback imported in my application (may be through java APIs)
4. I will need the number of agents online (may be a Java API)
5. Will I be able to sent intermediate message through system when a chat is active??
6. Is there any option to re-initiate chat i it gets ended within the stipulated time??
