Issue when trying to export my Chat Transcripts

Hi,

I have a few questions related to exporting the LivePerson Chat transcripts.

Recently I created a LP test account (P31032175) and I have been working fine with all the features in LP, so far.

I tried today to use the URL below to export the Chat transcripts to an XML file and I got an error.

Error:

<Report ...>.... <Errors><error>Account is not provisioned to export chat transcripts</error></Errors></Report>

• Is there a way to get my account provisioned for exporting transcripts via a setting in the LPAdmin Panel if I log in to my Test Account?
• If not, could you help me get my account provisioned?
