how can I create a new App and install into an account

Hi

I need some help in creating the new app and install into a liveperson account.

I have a liveperson accout and created a developer account.

Using my developer account I have successfully created the AppKey and secret. Now when I click on 'Install in account ' link and it takes me to the Admi console, but when once I enter my login details, I get the error "Developer id mismatch.  Account developer id: null.".

I have one more question, How can I get/create oAuth token and secret ?

plz help me out.
