The website that I intend to use Live Chat on is a CMS built profile and I plan to use the allocated space on the left hand frame where the Twitter link resides. www.hsstraining.com
The issue I have is that when I upload the amended html to embed the button code, it strips out the Head and Body tags and publishes content only.
I've built the page [attached] following the information, but this does not publish as the content is stripped out in CMS build.
If you right click on the left frame of the live site and 'view source' you'll see what I mean.
I hope this makes sense.
