currently i'm integrating the Liveperson to our Android application.

but somehow it's pretty hard to understand whats next, i already set the SDK in our android application.

The issue here is that there needs to be a backend configuration created on the backend by a LivePerson account manager. Are you a paying customer? If so it would be great to reach out to your account manager to create the backend configuration.

For LP Mobile chat a backend configuration needs to be created by your LivePerson account manager. This is something that is available to paying LivePerson customers. If you do not currently have an account manager you can contact the LivePerson sales team by chat at http://liveperson.com.
Yes i understand but the question, but where should i configure the mobile server in liveperson admin console. I already have an access to it.

The instruction was
- As for the SDK, You will need to register to our developers community and request an app key -DONE
- Once registered please go to this pagehttps://connect.liveperson.com/create-app-key!input.jspa?targetUser=9408-(tried but there's an error) ->Access to this place or content is restricted. If you think this is a mistake, please contact your administrator or the person who directed you here.
- Once you fill in the details you will get all info by email and you can start to work on your app. -this dint work
Maybe you can give us a simple and straight forward step by step on how we can integrate it in our android application and liveperson Account(server), this would help a lot.
steps that i already done
- Integrate Android SDK on android application - App SDK Integration Guide - Android
- Liveperson admin Console access
- talk/chat to liveperson account manager
- Application Key -Chat API (Signed REST) - Development - Done this but there's no step where should i configure the application id of android
I think this is the missing part that the liveperson account manager should do the fix. I already gave them the application package name of android
- Provide your application's package name to your LivePerson Account Manager. This is required for the backend configuration of LP Mobile.
