Hi,
We are trying to integrate Live Person within our Facebook Application (Game), and are getting into few technical issues:
1) The button is not positioned where it should have been - static and centralized within the viewable screen.
The current behavior is that the button is moving with the page as we scroll down, and usually positioned at the bottom of the screen.
2) The Chat / Offline Message Panel appears at bottom of the browser. The user has to scroll down all the way in order to interact with it.
The LiveEnage tag was added to the header section of our HTML which is loaded within an iFrame by FB. This HTML also loads the flash client which populates the major part of the viewable screen.
We've created a test Facebook account which can be used to experience this behavior:
