We already implemented a Chat flow on our site by using Javascript API. The chat flow consists of 3 phases: Chat, email transcript and fill out survey.
When customer is in Phase 2 -- email transcript, customer actually finish the chat and business ask us to terminate the clock counting (because average handling time is an important measurement of the performance of Chat agent). Meanwhile, we need keep the lpchat object to send email and fill out survey.
My question is: how to stop the clock but still keep lpchat object open?
