Our company has a developer building an app that will integrate chat using "Chat API (Signed REST) - Live."
In my developer account I clicked on "Install in to Account," and added it to our production account.
When I open up the admin console, I see the app listed with a verification code.
My questions:
1. We keep getting "Application key needs to be installed, appKeyId:"API_KEY" when we make the api call. Internal code 10.
2. When I log in to my developer account, it still has the option to install that app into an account. Does this mean it hasn't installed yet or does this always show as an option? I installed it about 2-3 weeks ago.
3. The API call we are using: https://api.liveperson.net/api/account/?v=1&appKey=
I'm not a developer but want to get them the best info I can. Any help would be appreciated so that I can get them back on track.
