Display all open chats using Agent API

Hi all,

Please assist me with a quite simple question I could not yet find the answer in the documentation.

How can I retrieve a list with all open chats and chat requests using the Agent API?

I want to display a list similar to the big main list in Agent Console but in our own application.

Using the Agent API I can get the number of open requests, and the link to the latest request, but how can I display all open chats?

So that the Agent can choose the next chat instead of getting it assigned?
