Help With User Interface and Pop Up Window

Hello All,

 

I am new to Live Person. I want to have a Live Person User Interface that does NOT pop up in a new window. I really don't like it. I much prefer it when it stays in the same window and you can chat. I really can't understand why this feature is not standard because every live chat company under the sun does this. Live Person is supposed to be the leader and have some ready great features, that's why I don't understand it. I have been advised to post a question in the community and someone will hopefully help me. I know it os definitely doable because when I spoke to the agent about this the Live Chat window did not pop up in a new screen. However, the agents are only supposed to help you with standard features. So here I am rambling on. Someone please help. This is a must have for me and possibly a deal breaker.

 

Just to be clear. Let me describe it for  you. Let's say a visitor clicks on the chat button to have a conversation with the agent. Now at the moment, the way it stands, it will pop open in anew browser window. I do not want that. I would prefer it all so stay on the same window.
