New to the community but have a question regarding our website. Currently our website has a contact form and a chat button so that customers can get in touch via 2 methods. However, what i'd really like to have is a contact form that covers both and requests the following information:
Name
Telephone
When this information is entered the customer should be able to either 'chat' or 'request a call back'. If the customer clicks 'request a call back' the information is sent via email to us for us to call them. However, I would like to find a way so that if a customer clicks 'chat' they are routed directly to our Live Person system and for the collected information to be passed through also.
Is this possible? I'd be hugely grateful if anybody could offer some help. I would also like to know if the 'call back' option could be routed into Live Person also?
