We are looking to integrate LivePerson Chat with Omniture.
We look at it as a very simple integration intially.
1. Capture as event - when someone clicks on "Live Chat" button on the website. We are able to capture this information. We do see that the number of clicks that Omniture reports is consistently higher than Live Person. Still trying to get better understanding on this.
2. Capture as even - when proactive chat pops up and the User accepts the offer to chat. We checked with LivePerson Consulting and appears that we got an estimate which is way over what we have budget for. Question for the audience here is - if they have done something similar than I would love to talk to you to see what effort should be really estimate to get this functionality working.
