Can't see the Engagement Options tab in the LivePerson agent

Hi,

I implemented a widget using the LivePerson Collaboration SDK. The visitor side loads the resources I specified in the lpconnect_widgets.json, however the agent won't even show a simple javascript alert. Since the Engagement Options tab is missing I assume I may be missing a feature or missed some configuration that needs to be done. I don't think I missed anything that needs to be done in this SDK reference: https://connect.liveperson.com/docs/DOC-2411

Can I have some help with this?
