Hi All
I'm new to LivePerson and having trouble getting started. I'm attempting to use the Chat API (unsigned REST) but having issues (I'm following Getting Started: Building a RESTful Chat).
So, I've created a Developer Test Account, then I created a Development AppKey which I installed into my Developer Test Account.
When I then attempt to determine the base resources using my Account ID and AppKey I get a 401 status with following response:
"lp_problem=consumer_key_unknown&lp_problem_advice=the appKey is unknown to the Service Provider"
So, is this caused by a mistake I'm making when following the documentation, or is it a configuration issue - any ideas?
