Hi, I have inherited some code from a developer. He had added the div with our lp number that led to Spanish-language chat and commented it out. Meanwhile, he had another div for English enabled and working. When I went to uncomment the Spanish div and activate it, the image did not appear. Moreover, the image tag is not being inserted within the parent tag, though two other div tags are. What gives? As far as I can tell, a chat image has been entered in our admin panel, and one also exists on our server in the same directory as the English language one. I am not familiar with the ins and outs of setting up these buttons, but I had assumed it was as easy as attaching some javascript and inserting the div.
