I'm the new guy in the neighborhood, I apologize if this isn't the rigth place for this, but:
We are working on a very important website project (which uses .Net and Kentico CMS) and we plan to include the live person's chat in it. We are analyzing if it's possible to integrate the groups you create and manage on live person's chat and homologate those groups with the groups of agents I've got on my website. The need is basically redirect the final user (e.g. customer) to the appropiate service agent given the groups or "zones" which is a separation by the customer's country, so there will be a service agent for country A, another one for country B and so on. How can we do that integration? How is the administration of that homologation table or whatever is needed to achieve this? Is there any API available to do it?
