We need help adding in a "busy" state into the code since traffic when agents are unavailable is currently eliciting the offline mode.
Any suggestions/help is much appreciated.
I did see this: HTML Async | Advanced Integration - Custom Offline Action
But I'm not sure how to incorporate it into the code.
