Has anyone ever had a use case where they wanted to display some text information to a customer based on their selection in a survey question?
Survey logic only seems to allow us to ask another question. However, for my use case, I'd like to provide text and a link to a client if they provide a specific answer to a question. This info would basically re-direct the customer from continuing into a chat queue because we can't assist or the answer is found elsewhere.
Can this be accomplished via javascript in a resource file perhaps?
Thoughts?
