Get all visitors list

Hi,

       I am creating sessions on LivePerson console with LE Tag but I want to get the state of a particular session. I could do that with an API, but I need to know the Session Chat Id firstly, there is a way to get all the "session chat Id" or can I get the "session chat id" with LE TAG?
