Starting PIT from scratch

Hi there

We have experience implementing PIT as a transformation from a rules based situation, where the PIT model will learn in the back ground while chats are taking place. But what if you're starting from a situation where there is no chat at all (or only a little bit of button chat)?

1. What will be the way to build the initial model?
   1. Will it try learning from self-service behavior and build an initial model before actually starting to invite from PIT?
   2. Will you need a set of (very basic) business rules to create the chat traffic to learn from?
   3. Will it start inviting at random within the eligible population and build the model alongside?
2. Does it hurt (or help) to have a button implementation in a part of the new PIT-scope?
