Chat API (JavaScript) Privileges

Hi,

We are looking doing some integration with the JavaScript chat API, but I'm having some trouble with authentication ect.

I followed this webinar to create a live AppKey: https://connect.liveperson.com/community/developers/blog/2014/07/09/free-webinar-liveperson-api--support-office-hour

I am able to create an instance of the chat but once I start a chat I get the following response:
onRequestChat : {"error":{"time":"2014-08-12T09:47:38.841-04:00","message":"This application key does not have the required privileges.","internalCode":10}}

Is there something missing in my configuration, because I can't get this to work.

Any help will be much appreciated.
