Manipulating answers in Chat Operator Survey

Hi guys,

I need to manipulate the answer to a specific question in the Chat Operator Survey in a way that I can insert or exclude from a external form or database. anything that does not include entering the Admin panel.

Exemple:

Question:

- Whats the error code?

Answer:

-  Error code 24554673 (that error code changes according to some specific measures we took in support and need's to be changed).

Anyone know if there's a way to do that? anyway possible!
