Hi guys,
I spoke with a member of the support team and was directed here with my questions.
- When in the app, our Facebook profile picture (in the top left and in our responses) is a big blue question mark icon - why is this and how do I set it to our profile picture?
- I am the social media manager for the company and would like to take the chats first before other members of the team. Should I be unavailable I would like it to be offered to another agent but only in that case. How do I go about setting this up?
