"Chat cannot be initialized" error

Whats next?

I have setup the test account and an application. I'm using the ChatWindow.html code from the test chat window example. I keep getting the "Chat cannot be initialized" error.

"lpData":[{"eSeq":0,"params":["offline"],"eName":"availability"}] ...

How I can start agent console?

How I can resolve the "offline" issue?

Hi Vladimir Tkach,

Can you please verify that an Operator is logged on and in an 'online' state for the account you are working with?

Also, in a previous thread - 'Cannot initialize chat' error pops-up when using skill name it was suggested that the ACD feature should be enabled and the Operator should be enabled for 'Accept Incoming Chats'. Can you please verify that those 2 are properly configured?
