Looking for some direction: How To resolve a delay we are seeing from the close of a chat to a data file being extracted from LivePerson.
The logic is as follows:
1. Get the last extracted date time from CRMOD user
1a Set the new time into the application (this avoids an overlap of missing records in the case it takes a long time to process)
2. Extract data from LivePerson
3. Create records in CRMOD
4. Update CRMOD user for next run using data in 1a
NOTE:
this comes back to LivePerson not instantly having a session available when it is done. With an increased frequency the chances of missing a session are higher when the extract date is advanced
We have found that we are missing records in CRM On Demand and we are also seeing records that did come across in the extraction but Not see the record in Live Chat Tools until a few hours later.
In summary we are seeing that records are both missing and delayed. Please help to advise the correct course of action, thanks
