I have seen LivePerson use a canned response that creates a browse functionality to enable visitors to transmit files across the chat to operators. I chatted with LivePerson support and they advised me that they would not share the HTML since it is not secure. I am interested in using this feature for internal to internal chat, so I am not worried about the security of it.
Can someone please provide me the HTML so that visitors can upload and transmit a document across the chat to the operator?
