Using Custom Google Analytics/Script

Hi - So I need to paste in a custom Java script in the chat window (post survey, the actual chat window). LivePerson only allows a very rigid Google analytics integration. However I was looking at the Experience > Chat > Resources tab and I saw a bunch of includes. I am guessing I can create a "custom-script.js" and include it onto the window...?

SO two questions - is my assumption right?

If so, how do I actually get the file to be included into the chat window?

I created one and hit "Publish all changes" but it does not display on the chat window...
